The fee for our services will be based upon the extent
of the endodontic treatment and which tooth is to be treated.
Endodontic fees usually range from about $600 to $1200
and it is our policy that your care is paid for upon completion
of your treatment. When you call to make your appointment,
we will be happy to discuss the fees and address any concerns
you may have. We also require at least 24 hour notice
of the cancellation of scheduled appointments.
If you have dental insurance, you will be required to
pay the portion of our fee, which your insurance does
not pay (your co-payment) along with any unpaid deductible.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and
Delta Dental. If you are insured by any other company,
direct payment by you is expected and we will gladly help
you with any necessary paper work for your reimbursement.
We also participate in a convenient payment plan called
"Care Credit" which allows patients to pay for
treatment with interest-free monthly payments. Checks,
MasterCard, and Visa are gladly accepted.
